A fatally ill 7-year-old girl dreamed of meeting Miley. And before she passed away, her dream came true: a moved Miley sent her love through a phone call and a picture.

Though a lot of attention has been paid to Miley Cyrus‘ questionable outfits and startling weight loss, the former Disney star played the part of an angel when she made little Molly Dunne‘s dream come true a few hours before she succumbed to Pulmonary Hypertension and HHT, a genetic condition that caused malformations in her blood vessels.

Molly was in kindergarten when she was diagnosed and died the morning of May 17. One of her dreams was to meet Miley.

According to MileyOnline.com, Molly’s friends had met Miley, so Miley sent Molly a note and even called.

Molly’s friend recounted the touching story in the article: ”I’m so impressed that Miley took the time to call Molly not once, but twice, and has asked for Molly’s picture to keep with her. Sometimes people really surprise me. It’s nice.”

The friend continued: “Miley was going to fly to Wilmington to see Molly on Friday. I find that amazing. Last night before Molly passed away, Miley called, didn’t get through, checked to make sure she had the right number and called again.”

Molly’s grandmother, Courtney Porstman, said that Molly understood who it was on the phone, smiling and nodding yes.

Molly passed away surrounded by her family.

Oh no! Miley’s figure is looking SUPER frail! One expert estimates she’s down to almost 105 pounds! Do YOU think she looks too thin?

Miley Cyrus‘ pilates work-outs — mixed with a gluten-free diet — may be putting her health in serious danger.

The 19-year-old stepped out in Miami looking scary skinny in a grey dress that hung off her tiny frame. Her legs looked stick thin, her collarbones popped and her waist looked noticeably smaller.

“Miley looks to be 108 pounds. She definitely appears to be losing muscle mass at this point,” Alicia Hunter, weight expert and author of The Accidental Diet: From Fugly to Fox, told HollywoodLife.com.

As HollywoodLife.com previously reported, Miley shed an estimated 25 pounds in two months: 135 pounds in February to 110 pounds in April. Now that she appears to be drastically thinner, she has lost an estimated 30 pounds in less than three months.

“To appear this undernourished this rapidly is not a good sign! For her to continue to drop weight would be inadvisable. She’s probably consuming less than 1000 calories per day,” Alicia tells us. ”I think Miley is taking her extreme weight loss to a new low. Her collarbone area is extremely bony and in the most recent pictures, her hip bones are protruding.”
